What an exhausting BUT exciting day today we had at the shelter. What a blessing.
Cats:
- one of our white bottle fed kittens went home today
- As well, one of the 5 babies that came in with their mother went home today.
Dogs:
- Smokey went home to her forever home.
- One of the new lab/ hound shep puppies went home
- Today our babies went to the fort mill parade with our volunteers and girl scouts, later came in 2 sets of parents and adopted 2 of the puppies that they had seen in parade so they go home tomorrow as does Dallas the last lab terrier out of 7 (what a joy those puppies have been, every day they make us laugh at the things they were up to so its nice to see the last one go to its forever home.
- The other exciting news is about Tammy/Tonks the dog who had been in foster care for a while only to have this retired couple who have allot of land just waiting for her - we are so happy about this news its what we all dream for all our animals.
