Max’s story - Max was adopted as a puppy and then returned as his adoptive parents said he was too big! It was definitely their loss because…Max is a strong, adorable and loving “man’s best friend.” He particularly loves his tummy rubbed. The family is lab lovers and recently lost their lab of 17 yrs and Max has all the same characteristics as their other dog. He left the shelter and the man said to Max “you are going to be so happy and you will never be returning to the shelter.” We all cried as usual.
