Here is an update from Skip who was adopted this past September. We are so happy to hear from you and see you are doing wonderfully.
'Hi all!
This is Vicki Ryan, Skip Ryan's mom.(10 year old adopted 9/26/2011) I just wanted to send a quick note to say hi and thank you for taking such good care of him while he was in your care. It has already been 4 months since he became part of our family. I have a attached a picture from Saturday. Skip got his hair done!!Look at those big, sweet eyes!!
He is really doing well. Man, does he have an awesome personality. He enjoys his sister Molly ( a dog) and Crash & Chassis (cats) and Verde, our parakeet. It took a bit of adjusting for all, but now everyone gets along like brothers and sisters do!!
We took a road trip to Florida for Christmas. He had a blast. He loved sitting outside on the patio, with the warm air blowing. He is a great traveler. He slept for 7 1/2 out of the 8 hour trip going there. :-)
Well, I just wanted to let you know that he is doing well. We can't imagine life before him. We hope to bring him by for a visit very soon. I am sure he would love to catch up with you all.
