From Fifi's forever mommy! 'Here is a current picture of Fifi. We took her to the veterinary ophthalmologist in late September. He did tests to determine if her retinas were good...unfortunately they were not. He said he could remove the cataracts, but she still would not be able to see. We decided it was not worth the risk just for cosmetic reasons. She is very happy and content and continues to get around very well. This picture was taken at our granddaughter's soccer game. As you can see, she was having a great time "watching" the game. She pays such close attention to sounds that we often forget that she cannot see. As the kids ran up and down the field, she was moving her head toward the way they were running!'
